At KASCH Homes our specialty is helping our clients to buy, sell or invest in real estate properties that meet their individual needs to create a confident home buying and selling experience. We are currently covering Lackawanna and Wayne counties in Pennsylvania but we hope to branch out into other counties and states soon. We have a large network of individuals who we work with on a daily basis so that your experience with us is seamless. We work to purchase properties at a fair price and then sell them to homeowners or investors at or below market value. We always work to provide you with as much information as possible during the process. We look forward to working with you!
Who We Are
We are local real estate investors who purchase properties at a fair price. We then rehabilitate these properties and sell them. The entire process takes between 3 and 12months to complete. The combined experience we have, has helped us to develop relationships with folks who work within the real estate industry. We have developed friendships with Realtors, Attorneys, Mortgage Brokers, Accountants, Contractors, Masons, Plumbers, Electricians, Landscapers, Roofers and just about every other trade. Not only do we know these folks; we have strong working relationships with them. This means the job will be done quickly and with the best quality workmanship.
